As a Senior Project Manager, your role is to drive and lead multiple projects from initial concept to final delivery to meet client‘s objectives and needs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Project manager key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage projects from initial client contact, define scope of work, preparing proposal

  • Develop, produce and deliver projects from proposal to after events reports

  • Responsible for budget from start to end

  • Manage vendors and suppliers relationships, working closely with purchasing manager and production team

  • Communicate and maintain timeline and priorities on every project

  • Manage operational and administrative processes to make sure efficient progress on each phase of the project

  • Conduct onsite inspection of each project

  • Always meet and try to exceed client’s expectation

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 5-10 years experience in event industry

  • Proven track record of delivering mid to large projects with creative concept and strategy in luxury /fashion/alcohol-related brands

  • Strong client relationship skills

  • Able to work under stress in a fast paced agency

  • Problem-solver, sense of responsibility

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
